Designed over 70 acres of land, the site was a challenge as the slope gradient was almost 45 degrees. At some locations the site offered scenic views of the Rushikonda Beach and the surrounding hills. The design philosophy was to blend the structures within the landscape such that they do not dominate the surrounding.
